Vino blanco fermentado en barrica que resalta en boca por una larga untuosidad que produce una sensación de equilibrio con un final largo e intenso.

Variedad de uva: Chardonnay

Crianza: Crianza sobre lías mediante batonage de 4 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés.

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Lugar de origen: Fuentealbilla

Denominación de Origen Manchuela.

Vista: Amarillo dorado limpio y brillante. Nariz: Gran intensidad aromática a flores blancas y frutos de hueso. Boca: En boca es untuoso y complejo y destaca por una elegante estructura.

Perfecto con quesos de pasta blanda y curados, ahumados, patés, carnes blancas, arroces y pescados de salsa suave.

En oscuridad a temperatura constante inferior a 16ºC. Humedad de 70-75%. Temperatura de servicio: 8ºC.
